VALENTINA <3 is born in the liminal waves across psychoanalysis, psychedelic mysticism, poetry, plant medicine, shamanic punk, psychic mediumship, sound healing & flowers. She is devoted to inspiring the dissolution of psychic gatekeepers that prevent access to the thought patterns that lead to higher consciousness through Love, sound and beauty.

 

A multidimensional healing artist, Valentina has been a practicing psychotherapist for the past nine years, in private practice and the UK’s NHS. She holds a BA in Psychology from Columbia University, NYC, and a MSc in Psychoanalysis from UCL, London. Valentina was drawn to consciousness as medicine following her disenchantment with the limitations of traditional psychotherapy and the confidence that we can all tune ourselves to the frequency of our own inner healer. Following this impulse, she began training as a transpersonal psychedelic therapist with the AWE Foundation and as a certified sound therapist with Simone Salvatici, focusing on the power of sound to access the deepest layers of our unconscious and facilitate psychedelic states. A natural psychic, she further developed and nurtured her mediumship gifts at the renowned College of Psychic Studies, in London.

 

Through the universal language of sound and vibration, Valentina wishes to inspire remembrance of our erotic relationship with the vibratory world in all of its manifestations arousing the experience of radical aliveness. She is passionate about creating the container for allowing the natural (re)-discovery of our fundamental creative uniqueness, believing that through the act of creation in all of its expressions, we can learn to self-regulate and support each other’s authentic blossoming while honouring the timing of our unique nature.

 

Valentina intuitively weaves tapestries of light through the spoken word, sound, vibration, plants, flowers, and her connection to the spirit world. Embracing the archetype of the modern psychopomp, she safely and gracefully offers herself as the illuminating portal for deep shadow work and greater intimacy with all the obscure parts of oneself, for wholeness and integration. Grounded in the Fundamental Octave of Love, Valentina offers (sonic) explorations attuned to the unique wavelength of her receiver. This facilitates relaxation of the nervous system and stillness of the mind unfolding from feeling seen, nourished, connected, and empowered. The crystalline whisper of the heart’s wisdom can then be heard, a reminder of our innate capacity to flow and blossom. She balances her calling and passion for 1-2-1 work and its depth with unfurling and cross-pollinating through different group echo-systems, and she is currently a resident at She's Lost Control (LND), where she offers her cult Psychedelic Sound Meditations. 

 

With a passion for beauty, magick, and the pursuit of pleasure, Valentina believes that healing happens when we begin to listen to and follow our innermost desires, delicately dissolving past conditioning and trauma that halted our authenticity while learning to find humour even in our darkest moments. Her medicine focuses on empowering others to reconnect with the feminine qualities of aesthetics and grace, regardless of gender, and the pursuit of unconditional (self) love: it is through LOVE, that miracles happen.
